Another year is about to begin. And after all of my experiences in 2018, I decided to start this blog. Will anyone read it? Who cares! I’m doing it for myself, which is my theme for 2019.
I need more ME time. I think a lot of people can relate. So I plan to challenge myself weekly with 52 different activities to stay on track. I also thrive on helping others, hence the blog. If I can influence one person to take charge of their own self care over the next year, I’ll be more than satisfied.
Week one’s challenge is to set some goals. REAL goals. Using powerful, positive, present tense language. Establishing a timeline (3 months, 6 months, 1 year) and envisioning what your life looks like at that time after achieving those goals. How is life going to change for the better? Write it down! And be accountable.
Think outside the box and set goals for different aspects of your life. Use the below as a starting point.
